Where is my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Can’t find it? Message us with your order number and we’ll look it up.

How long does delivery take?

Most pieces are made to order. Singapore orders typically take about 2–3 weeks to craft, then ship. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Can I change my order?

Contact us as soon as you can with your order number. We’ll help if production hasn’t started — once crafting begins, changes may no longer be possible.

What is your return policy?

Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Full terms are on our Returns Policy.

Can I request a custom product?

Yes — custom colours, names, and special requests are welcome. Choose Custom above, or WhatsApp us with what you have in mind.
